I have been going to Tribal Health since I could remember and I love the dental department.
The Medical on the other hand isn’t all that great. I like my doctor, but the receptionist is horrible. When I went in for my depo (it was a walk in) I sat there for two hours and then was told that they «forgot» I was there. I’m not too hard to miss, I have pink hair for crying out loud. I then went in the other day and the receptionist treated me like less than a person. She wouldn’t even look at me while I was talking to her. She told me they stopped doing walk ins for depo and then asked if I wanted to wait to see if the 2 o’clock showed up. I sat there until 2:20 and said screw it and left. This receptionist in particular is the one with the SF 49’ers tattoo on her forearm. Avoid her if you don’t want to be treated like you’re a personal problem to her.

I love this place. The people are very nice and it’s real easy to get an appointment here, unlike the other place I went to in auburn, to get an appointment there you would have to wait over a month. Here I see Dr. Daniel, he is great and has very good bedside manners.

Very nice clinic, BUT probably the rudest staff I’ve encountered, anywhere, ever.
I am Native American and I use this clinic for medical and dental services because I live fairly close. The girls in the medical department reception are the worst, but I’ve encountered a terribly rude Dr too. The reception girls act as if everyone walking through the door is bothering them. They never greet people, instead they sit behind glass windows and refuse to acknowledge them until they have to, making people feel uncomfortable.
They manage to create a vibe much like the DMV. After numerous visits and observing the same type attitudes toward customers I called and placed a complaint. Of course I never heard back and as of last week — same girls, same attitudes. It’s to bad because this clinic is very nice.

had a crown put on in the dental center and it did not fit, now six months later it is abcessed because decay has set in. It was not glued in correctly and the decay caused the abcess. I am now faced with a huge bill for endodontist work to have root canal, and I’ve been on two anti-​biotics. It is very painful.
