My husband and I have been renting with Property Alliance for three years. They were very respectful when we first showed interest in renting our house. What we liked is they took a look at who we are as people and not just our credit reports. They looked at our income, our personalities, and the type of work we do too. Being in the legal field helped us out some. I appreciated that. Now, we really love that if there is an issue in the house all we have to do is submit an online request and Todd will call literally within minutes to find a solution. Their handy man named Forrest is also super friendly and hardworking too. We don’t plan on moving any time soon but if we do we would stay within Property Alliance. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have been looking for rental for a while after going through four years trying to modify with Wells Fargo. Do to the modification process we are definitely «credit challenged». After being shot down by everybody else we talked to things were looking dim, then we met Sue. She was very professional, always responded to our calls and question in a short time. Not only was she able to work past the credit issues but she was able to figure out what we wanted within looking at a couple of homes (something we were not even clear on).
I would definitely suggest her to everyone, she provided us with a great experience that did not start that way.

I had to find a place in less than 24 hours and Todd was flexible on time and showed me all three of the local properties that fit my needs. In the end, I rented a place from Todd and he’s been extremely professional and helpful. Even when things don’t go smoothly, Todd has helped smooth over the bumps and made renting from him a delight.
My present rental has a shelf-​date because the owners move back in August, so we’ll be on the hunt and I hope Todd has a property for us then!
I would HIGHLY recommend Todd and Property Alliance to everyone!
