Just spent over 20 min trapped in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. The guy at the window said they couldn’t move any faster because they were all pretty much the same order and they were out. You Have like a 10 item menu and your out? Terrible customer service and they think they deserve $ 15.00 an hour? If I could give zero stars I would.

Let’s just add to the negative reviews here. We showed up and they were out of half the stuff. There was a younger woman that was very apologetic and was handing everybody free samples while the ONE cook was trying to catch up. She even handed everybody free sodas while we waited. That, I was okay with. But what really pissed me off was the younger woman with a very heavy Chinese accent, which I believe was the manager, was confronting the other girl in front of all the customers and almost yelling at her. Then the manager almost gave our food that we waited for for 45 minutes! Not only did she hand us our 2 plates without a tray, she charged us for our drinks that were given to us for the wait. Not to sound entitled, but that’s not great customer appreciation…

These reviews are right! I went through the drive through for lunch today and it was such a struggle. O had to repeat my order three times because the girl was saying I had completely different items than I had requested, then I paid for a plate. And the receipt reflected the right order and I ended up with a bowl with entirely different items in it. Not only did I pay for more than I received, it was entirely wrong.

I swear I been here three times and no more. First time I came was thru drive thru the food was not fresh at all. Then second time I decided to come inside. Well no one helped me for 10min and I was the only customer. They need more people on the floor. Also my food was portioned so small. Third attempt again waited 7min being the only customer inside and my portion again sucks. I am done with this location.

SLOW service & insanely long wait time at this location’s drive thru. Please don’t let the 3 cars in line fool you… it will take like 20 minutes! Just go inside & get it to go. The cashiers literally have to apologize every time I come here. Need more efficiency with the cooks, food prep & check-out. Past few years of reviews paint the same picture of this location’s problems. So, not expecting improvement anytime soon. Sorry Placerville Panda. Lost my business after today. FYI, I’m writing this while stuck in your drive thru line. 28 minutes & counting… two cars still ahead of me & at least 3 more unluckily stuck patrons behind me.

Very disappointed with my visit today. When I got there, there was only two people in line who were ordering quiet a bit. After five minutes of waiting the line was very long and nobody was coming to help even though there were employees in the back just standing around. They were out of many things including white rice so I had to wait a bit. What Chinese restaurant runs out of steamed rice! They finally went and got the manager to help at the cash register and he was extremely friendly unlike the employees. The food in general wasn’t good not that it is very good at any location in general. Not coming back.

Why is this location so bad. They are always out of half the items. After waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes they tell me they are out of 2 of the things I ordered. And now I have to pull around and wait another 10 plus minutes.

Every time I have been to this location they are out of at least 5 – 6 items. This time is took 10 minutes to get white rice. The staff is always friendly but they don’t seemed to be prepared for any type of lunch rush.

Everytime I’ve gone here it’s been a terrible experience, they are always out of entrees this time 3 entrees and Panda Express is fast Chinese but for me it’s always fresh and hot. Not the Placerville store it’s sucks the last time I go… wish I could put negative stars

I wasn’t expecting much. Its Panda EXPRESS, so a fast food place. Tonight, I got a bowl to-go with Chow Mein and Beef and Broccoli. I’ve never been so irritated. I spent almost $ 6 for a half a bowl of chow mein, some broccoli, and quite literally two pieces of beef. Two. Pieces. The fact that I had to pay normal price for a bowl with barely and meat and that wasn’t even full absolutely astounds me. We’ll see if I return. Doubt it.

I like the food at Panda Express and the customer service is always pleasant BUT remember… the customer service always comes first for me! When I went to Panda Express yesterday we simply wanted to replace the cookie in the kids meal with an egg roll or something similar. Just didnt want the sweets. The gracious front counter person asked the manager who was cooking in the back and the manager frustratingly said no. A simple request to please a good customer and NO is what you get? Come on people! Get it together! Give the people what they want I always say, unless of course its a ridiculous request. Lost a customer for a cookie… not good.

I love panda, but this location can’t earn my five stars today. For starters, the food is ok, I ordered what I wanted, went to pay and order a small drink, cashier says we are out of small cups… I ended up buying a medium but felt I should have paid the small price… I noticed they had no sauce packets out like most other pandas, the cashier said they had to disperse them from behind the counter… between no small cups and being made to pay medium cup price and having to now ask for sauce packets could make someone think it’s a ploy(cost savings) .food was good, staff was nice 5 tables were dirty and in the 30 minutes I was there no one ever cleaned them …

Word to the wise, do not show up to this place when it first opens. They are unprepared, and not ready in the least for there customers. Sauces are not made dishes aren’t ready to serve. When asking the folks that work there when something would be ready, they did not know? I like the food here but they are very slow! I never experienced this at any Panda Express until now. I may think twice?

for a last resort, this place is okay. last time i went, my food was very cold and tasted old. usually my food is tasty and edible, though! the drive-thru is ridiculously slow. i have waited upwards of 25 minutes being only the second car in line. i think they are highly unorganized with their food preparation. there food is packed full of sodium and it is all so unhealthy, so i would not recommend it to anyone trying to eat right. the staff hardly smiles and i cannot remember a great experience. in a pinch, it does the trick.
