Signed on to get pool service approx. two years ago. Cheryl seemed very nice at first, but over the years her attitude declined towards me as a customer in becoming rude, self absorbed, entitled, and disrespectful. If there was a miscommunication between us, she always made sure to tell me it was my mistake. Being a Christian I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. But it kept getting worse so I finally brought it to her attention yet again to get only a rude attitude from her. Se was not interested in providing good customer service through communication. I can’t give my money to someone who treats customers that way.
