We usually don’t go here for ice cream, not b/c there aren’t any flavors we like, but b/c the prices for the tiny scoops are so high, and right next door to this place is Rite Aid with delicious Thrifty ice cream for $ 1.79 single scoop and at BR it is $ 2.79 for a much smaller scoop. Recently I dropped in for my freebie birthday scoop, which is a nice bonus, and while there were so many interesting and tasty(the server let me try many flavors) flavors, the scoop is so very tiny! Also, my «sugar» cone, which used to be a nice solid tasty cone, is now a thinner weaker blander cone, which broke apart with just turning the cone to lick the scoop evenly, and I was trying to be gentle. So, while the flavors entice, the prices repel!

An old favorite quickly turned into a turn off. Why? The people working there. I rolled up with a family of five looking to enjoy some premium ice cream at premium prices. The place was empty and there were two staff working. They looked unhappy to see us and were unpleasant. I think we interrupted a texting or instagram session. If I’m going somewhere to spend my hard earned money on a treat I expect at least a minimal amount of pleasantries from the staff. I’m done with this location. They can put away the tip jar.

The 2 workers were less than friendly… The young guy was a jerk. Maybe his skin tight shorts were cutting off his circulation? I think he could stand to lift some weights because he could barely scoop an adult size cone. Next time we will go to Cameron Park BR. Lame!

Friendly as heck service but the soft serve wasn’t working and they were out of pineapple topping. The two things I went there for :(

I take my two year old here on Tuesday’s for family night(from 5 – 10). My favorite so far is the cherry jubilee and the special flavor of the month which was birthday cake. The BD enjoys their sherbet. My kiddo and I are going to sample every flavor in the joint every week, one flavor at a time. The kid that works at the store is super nice. I see him all the time, the one with the hair that everyone thinks is a wig. When it gets dark out though, call and see what time they close. Sometimes they close at 9 instead of 10.

Always delish, & always dependable. The only problem is deciding one or two scoops, & what flavors!

As usual the ice-cream was awesome, but the young men working were super friendly! Keep up the good work!
