NICOLE aka SCAM ARTIST !!! DO NOT BE FOOLED !!! paid for few facial packages but as i was trying to book I cannot get a hold of her… texted and left her several messages no reply!!! I had the same negative experiences as other people :(

Bought a treatment through groupon and it was great. Nicole sold me a second package and took my money and ran. Booked and appointment and it was cancelled with no explanation. Rebooked at a different time and she did not show up… now I know why. JUST HORRIBLE!

NICHOLE IS THE WORST DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!! She is completely unprofessional and will cancel on you at the last minute! ((refer to conversation photo I posted))
I bought a Groupon for 3 one hour facials and never got to fully use them. The first time she texted that she would be 15 minutes behind and I was okay with that– things happen but when she got there the facial was rushed and not EVEN 30 MINUTES. She cut down MY TIME for a mistake SHE MADE. That was when it got even worse.
After that I just wanted to use up the last two appointments since we already purchased it but Nichole CANCELLED the appointments 4 TIMES AT THE LAST MINUTE i. e either the night before or day of!!!
The 4^th time she cancelled because the steamer apparently broke I finally had enough and told her that I just want a refund for the last two facials. Then she suddenly says that she actually can perform the facial but there won’t be steam. I already got a rushed facial the first time– why would I want another? I told her I just want a refund for the remaining facials. After 3 days with no response I tell her that I will post on Unilocal since she refused to respond. Surprise surprise she responds!!! But she says that she ‘already responded and stated that she could still do the facial just with no steam’. NO YOU DIDN’T– YOU CANCELLED ON ME FIRST! It wasn’t until I got mad that you said you would still take me in!!!
She then proceeds to say ‘sorry you feel this way’- NO YOU SHOULD BE SORRY FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF HONESTY. I probably won’t get a refund through Groupon and that’s fine but the fact that others have fallen into her trap makes me upset
Heed the other warnings reported here– THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME Nichole has taken advantage of peoples kindness just to rip them off!!!

Nicole is amazing at what she does! I received the best spray tan that I have ever gotten. I was very pale and afraid of turning orange. She reassured me that I wouldn’t, and she was right. Very natural and 4 days later, it still looks good. I will definitely be doing it again. Thank you Nicole

I bought a groupon for 3 facials here and I have to say the first one was great. Nicole was so nice and welcoming and I couldn’t wait to come back. I scheduled the next appointment with her that same day to go again in 5 weeks.
The day comes for the second facial and it’s a half hour before the appointment and she’s texts me saying her kids need to be picked up from school because of lice. No big deal I thought and I texted her back saying I completely understood (those things happen). So, I scheduled an appointment with her for the next week and everything is fine, she even offered a free face wash for when I came in next for the trouble cancelling caused me.
To my surprise, a half hour before the new appointment she texted me AGAIN. WITH ALMOST THE SAME EXCUSE. I don’t know if she realized she already cancelled on me and I was pretty mad but I shook it off and and just made another appointment for the next week thinking for sure she wouldn’t do that again.
But, to my dismay it did happen again. A half hour before the appointment but with a different excuse. (She cut herself and her mom texted me from her phone) I didn’t text her back obviously and by that time my groupon was almost expired. So now my groupon was redeemed and worthless with only one facial to show for it. I’m not sure what happened but from reading the other reviews on Nicole I would definitely refrain from getting a groupon for her.
I always give the benefit of the doubt for people, especially for someone who has such good reviews here on Unilocal.But I’m not sure what the chances of her actually needing to cancel three times on me. It all Just seemed very unprofessional and I was very disappointed after I had such a good facial the time I went.

I still have two more facials that I can get (groupon) but I decided not to make appointments. The facial that I received did not make any improvements but felt stingy and hot.
I was unable to make it to the appointment that I made for the next day since I unexpectedly could not find a babysitter for my baby. When I texted her, I thought she was unprofessional and left a bad feeling… I’d rather not go back to redeem my Groupon deals.

I was super nervous to get my first wax but Nichole made it easy and comfortable. Already recommended her to my friends. Plus the online app makes remembering my appointment and changing it super easy.

Nichole is great, she went above and beyond for me and my facial was more than I could have asked for. Feeling so refreshed after it and my skin feels awesome! Definitely would recommend her services to anyone who asked.

She was amazing! I got a chemical peel today be I am currently having crazy acne. My skin feels amaze and can’t wait to see the results! I even got a goody bag to take home. I recommend spa 125 for all face needs!

I left Nichole’s table feeling refreshed and super energized. I literally couldn’t stop smiling and my girlfriends were complimenting me on my skin later that night. Loved it so much I booked my next two appointments!

What a treat! I am so glad I tried Spa 125. Nicole is easy to book with, you can make an appointment online and she texts so there’s a lot of communication.
I came for a wax and it was my first time experiencing hard wax and I love it. It hurts less… seems to be more clean and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I highly recommend Nicole. I haven’t tried any of her facial services but her waxing is great!

I love Nichole! I first found her when I was Unilocaling for a new waxing place and at the time she was with another center, but almost all of their reviews were about how great she is and that she knows what she’s doing. Since then she’s moved to Spa 125 and of course I followed! She’s super nice, gives good tips and makes an awk situation comfortable! Def recommend her for Brazilians!

Nichole is the worst. After buying a Groupon she called and emailed me 3 times to confirm my appointment on Sunday at 12:15. Then the day before called and asked if I could make it at 12:00 noon. I agreed
Then I showed up at 11:45 and the doors were locked and no one was around. There weren’t even any cars parked near the salon except mine. At noon I called her and left a voicemail. I called again at 12:10 and left another VM. Finally, after no call back and the front door still being locked I called a 3^rd time and again got the voicemail!
Finally I decided to leave and never heard anything from the fabulous Nichole. I called Groupon to ask for a refund and couldn’t believe what they told me. She had marked the certificate as redeemed even though she never even had the courtesy to show up and not even call me! No Groupon is telling me I can’t get a refund because I used it.
Are you kidding me?! It took me 2 weeks of constant arguing with the really poor customer service people at Groupon before I finally did.
Please don’t waste your time and money with someone as rude, dishonest and uncaring as Nichole.

Nicole is awesome. Very friendly. Her salon area is clean. Loved my facial and eyebrow waxing. She is very affordable. Can’t wait to go back.

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!! Nichole is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of her clients’ schedules. I had a confirmed appointment for a 60-​minute facial, and I arrived a few minutes early. I texted her when I arrived and she said she had me down for an earlier time and already left for the day. She said she could be back in 45 minutes, but not for a full 60 minute appointment, because she had other appointments scheduled after me. It’s ridiculous to shorten MY appointment, because of HER mistake!
She told me to come in another day and get an extra massage. I told her that I’m moving across country in a few days and my schedule is very tight. It was already difficult for me to come in today, and I definitely could not come in another day that was convenient for her! I purchased the facial through GroupOn, so now I have to go through them to get my refund… as if I don’t have enough things to do right now! Horrible Horrible «Service!!»

I did a set of 4 chemical peels which I purchased from groupon and they were wonderful. Nicole was amazing! Made sure to follow up on how my skin was looking and even gave me a follow up package with goodies to make sure my treatments were effective, saw a big difference on my skin. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I had a facial by Nichole and it was fantastic! She does great work and I would recommend her to anybody!

I luckily found Nichole and have been seeing her for the past 6 months. My skin has never felt and looked so good.

I would highly recommend Nichole at Spa 125 to anyone who is looking to pamper their skin, she is amazing!!! I went to her on a recommendation from a friend for a chemical peel and was amazed at my results so amazed that I am now a life long long customer and will only trust my skin to her for now on.
Being a woman in my early forties fighting the aging process is of the utmost importance and she is a pro… Nichole is the best I absolutely LOVE her!!!
