Been going there since we moved here a year ago, impeccable service and never an issue with my many dress shirts and slacks. Great prices too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just like the other reviews… NEW management is HORRIBLE. We have been going to rose cleaners for at least four years, swapping out a lot of clothes every week! Since Janet Salazar(general manager) and co workers have moved in, my boyfriend has lost two Express dress shirts. I am lucky I did not lose any of my dresses. I would like to know how cleaners work and how this would happen. Obviously it’s sketchy. We lose two shirts in two months with new management after going there for at least four years? Hmm Here is the story. Since about a month ago, my bf gets a dress shirt that is the same tuepe color but in a different brand back. AND that is a unique color! Well we call the manager. Nothing really happened. I let it go because although it wasn’t Express, it was a similar fitted dress shirt. BUT then a month later my bf gets swapped out AGAIN. This time with a black dress shirt. Both dress shirts that he has received are the same brand so it must be swapped by the same person. However, this particular black one was an Express military style limited edition. It was my favorite that I have bought him. The black shirt he got has drastically cheaper fabric and is not military. How the heak did this happen again. Swapped twice and both with the same cheap brand. I know we will never get that back. Imagine losing your favorite clothing and knowing someone else has it. This is very unnecessary and frustrating. Can anyone do their job. How hard is it to just give back the correct clothing! They have lost a regular customer. I hope no one has to ever deal with this. I also liked how the guy working there tried to keep the two shirts we got and asked if we had anymore express dress shirts in our next batch of clothes. First of all, we aren’t takin any chances of losing these crappy shirts And second of all, eff that if he thinks we are ever brining our clothes there again. If anyone has any information about how cleaners work or any tips I can use please feel free to message me

This place is under the new ownership of a man named, Aria, who also owns Original Hems in Lake Forest. I had pants altered and they came back lopsided. I had to return them 3 times before they got them right. Then I had a couple more taken in, which were also wrong so I went to Original Hems where Aria was. They tried it again but Aria was going to charge me. What a jerk! Not only that, the girls that work there are beyond stupid, speaking broken English. They haven’t a clue what is going on! I have had to return countless items to get re-cleaned and pressed because the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Think twice before going to these idiots!

I really like this place; they’re easy to do business with and they don’t staple tags or write on your clothes. They’re reasonably priced — I think it’s $ 1.25 to get a men’s shirt laundered. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of their work. Although I don’t go there too often, they know my name and don’t ask for my phone number… impressive, especially since I have a hard name to remember!

What can you say about a cleaners that fixes a rip without being asked and they didn’t even charge me… AWESOME! This place has the cutest older asian lady, who is so nice. I’m so glad my wife found this place and their prices are by far the best I’ve seen. $ 0.99 to launder shirts, I used to pay $ 1.25. All I know is our bill on a bi weekly basis went from $ 50 to $ 30 which I know isn’t an exact statistical measurement(my six sigma blood talking, just ignore it) but it works for me. The quality of the finished product is also very good, not to stiff but nicely pressed.
