Don-​A-​Vee sold us a a great truck. We called to let them know what we were looking for. They called us back with in 30 minutes to tell us they had one on their lot that fit the description. We went there and it was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us a good price without having to haggle on the price. We filled out what we needed to, they filled out what they needed to, we signed everything and drove away in a very reasonable time. We breezed right through the transaction and are completely satisfied with the service they gave us. I have to say it was one of the smoothest auto purchases that we have done. Thanks Guys!

First time buyer here.
After an unfortunate car accident, I was in need of a new vehicle right away. Luckily this place is just down the street from me but it was probably the 5^th or 6^th place I had checked out.
I managed to pull out of that lot with a new used ’04 Honda Civic LX. Great shape, mileage in its 39,000’s. Definitely not bad. And most importantly, they were able to provide financing. I didn’t have established credit and I was a first time buyer so you can see why it was difficult for me to obtain a loan.
My car salesman was Homer. He was funny and nice, not very pushy like I had been experiencing at all the dealerships I was going to. He sold me my Honda on his birthday (his birthday is on 4 – 20, imagine that?). Unfortunately he didn’t really know much about cars, or rather, he didn’t know much about the Honda I was interested in. My questions were answered by questions of his own and though he was nice, he seemed a little clueless, always skimming the Fact Sheet for answers.
When it came to the financing, we had to deal with an entirely different department. Homer was no longer in the scene and off we went to a closed cubicle of a man who swore that the lowest they could go was an amount that was lowered 4 or 5 times afterward. He was getting upset, I could tell but what can you do? If you can’t afford something, you can’t afford it. Overall, I’m happy with the financing, it’s reasonable.
The process took forever, almost half a day. By the time I came home, I wasn’t even overjoyed that I had my first new (used) car but I was just exhausted. Tired of negotiating, waiting, negotiating and waiting. And thinking. This was my first time, I wanted it to be right. But like all first timers, you get skeptical. So there was that, too.
They offer a pretty good warranty and free oil changes for a year. Not bad for my first time.
