I have to say at first I was pleased with the service, but as time went on the service worsened. I needed to move out if the apartment and the land lord/manager took over 20 days to get a paperwork started. I brought my cat to live there and put an extra deposit down. They told me I would get at least that part of the deposit back. I didn’t hear from them, and I had to follow up myself 7 days after I moved out. The email response was, «the deposit will be returned once the residents move out.» Apparently, a phone call explaining the situation wasn’t worth their time. Now they get worry about a lawyer and their reputation. I do not recommend living here. If you aren’t doing what they want in their favor, they will not help.

These apartments do indeed feel like townhomes and not apartments. They are within small communities(24 – 26 units, I think), which is also nice. I love the two-bedroom I’m in, and having a washer and dryer of my own is fabulous! Nicely landscaped and maintained, and tenants get their own garage and one assigned space, which is really nice(although the assigned spaces are quite snug). Vivian, the on-site property manager is wonderful – friendly and professional, and keeps track of important details, including maintenance issues. Rent is higher than nearby apartments, which is a bummer, but overall, one of the best rental experiences available(especially considering they are owned by a huge corporation).
