Our group of six stopped in for some pre-dinner wine and had a very enjoyable time. We all tried different red and white flights of wine and someone even had a beer flight. There were many good selections. All of the wine flights were decent size pours and given the flights were not cheap that is a good thing. The premium red wine flight I tried was very good — I’m no wine snob so keep that in mind. We also ordered a cheese board for $ 17, which at first seemed pricey until we saw the very large servings of the three different cheeses and selection of breads(all were delicious). Nicole the owner was super friendly and helpful with our wine selections and service. We will be back.

This is my first time here and it was a really cute place. After dinner we decided to find a wine bar in the area and Unilocal told me about this place. It was a little hard to find because it’s right next to a liquor store and it looks like it is part of it. We almost didn’t go inside but I’m happy that we did. The lady behind the bar was very nice, informative, and helpful. She also let us try some chocolates on the house. This place is a little far from my house so I won’t be going a lot but it’s nice when we’re in the Pittsford area. The charcuterie plate seems a little expensive, and the chocolates are $ 3 a piece. The wine seems average price, but no one likes spending $ 9 on a glass of wine. We didn’t eat here because we had just eaten but she gave us bread sticks to go with our wine. Maybe one day we will be back.

A lovely wine bar in Schoen Place. It’s attached to a wine shop next door. They have several wine options — a lot of wines I haven’t seen elsewhere, which is nice for variety. I also like that they have wine flights. I’m a sampling kinda gal and like to get a taste of many… I think it works out to be close to 1.5−2 glasses of wine, which is the perfect amount. I opt for the sparking wines(most glasses on their own are between $ 8 – 10) and recently tried the organic flight($ 18). It came with a white, and two reds. The white was really delicious. Subtly rich and like it was oaked for just a short time. The 2nd red was my fave! A cab sauv that was bold and dry. They have cheese plates, tapenades, and charcuterie. You can mix and match options — we went for the Mediterranean tapenade, the eggplant tapenade, and smoked Gouda for $ 12. From a seating perspective, there are a decent amount of seats with the ones on the edge being cozy booth-style seats. There’s an open parking lot right in front of the store. The closest entrance is off Main St.

I met a group of friends. One side of it is the wine bar across separate is the wine shop. The inside reminds me of a Provencal home, lighter woods, pillows, airy and open. They have a wine rack and plenty of seating. They have a well curated list of wines by the glass, flights and bottles of wines. Along with beer flights, cheese & charcuterie plates, YUMMEH and the deserts… Something for everyone and every price point. The owner is a lovely woman who knows her wine I’m guessing she’s a sommelier, one of the servers is a sommelier and both of them were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and if your a wine neophyte no worries. If your a more knowledgeable wine drinker you will seriously enjoy this list I think it’s perfectly set and the compact nature of it is fabulous. I had a fabulous Mettler Old Vine Zinfandel from California. Try the cheese plates. & etc. Excellent chèvre, Brie and the chocolate cheddar trust me. By Herkimier(localish) Cheese Fudge… Yummeh The deserts are lovely. I was with a group and we got to try every one of these deserts on the house, that was so kind and lovely. I’ll post some photos. Go, go, go. We/I will be back! Cheers

So glad I decided to give this spot a try! Was looking for a happy hour deal on a Monday… Not many out there… somehow stumbled across this. Wine bar with spacious seating– cozy for an intimate night but also has capacity for a larger group. Loved the tasteful booth/couch areas! Great lighting– not insanely dark like most«bar» venues. Menu was great in terms of selection– flight, glass or bottle. Also great selection of beer and coder to accommodate the non wine person. AND legit selection of cheese!!! Very impressed with portion for price. The cheese fudge was phenomenal. Bread served was actually fresh(and not just from a wegmans bag as at previous wine bar review). Complementary peanuts or bread sticks/straws. Water glass was always full. Offered tastings from open bottles. Great, great service… and knowledgeable; an actual sommelier. I will most definitely be making this my go to spot!
