Kitchen remodel– Can’t say I was as impressed this time at all. The fine details are what matter. If I am paying thousands of dollars. I expect perfection or close to it. This project was to be started in Jan… they just finished last month.
Not only that, on the ceiling beforehand it was clear there was some kind of leak but when I pointed it out they said that it didn’t seem like a problem now. That they saw no leak. So a few days before they finished we had a lot of rain and once again a leak stain appeared around the new ceiling lights. They said «oh that’s a roof problem» (mind you they are roofers as well) then painted over the leak. I asked if they could take a look /​possibly fix the problem. no response. So now I need to find a roofer who can fix this problem hopefully without destroying the new part of that kitchen.
Everything I wanted them to fix towards the end was reasonable (different colored grout in the floor tiles, paint mishaps, Fixing the door so the pantry shelves could actually pull out)…still have paint drops on my wood floor .I got tired of asking to fix things and feeling like I was being annoying or unreasonable. Like really? I was beyond patient and even gave the workers $ 100 dollars worth of gift cards to show my appreciation of how hard they were working and that I understood a lot of the mishaps was because of lowes and mis-​communication from their boss. At the end I felt like they couldn’t be more happy to be done with it. Trust me I couldn’t either but at least leave respecting the customer. The last thing they did was fix the grout and grout was splattered on cupboards and such. I think they were in over their heads with this project and just couldn’t express that. Money rules all I guess.
I’m not saying my kitchen doesn’t look a million times better than it did before but remodeling a kitchen is an investment. Something you want to last and look professional. It does and it doesn’t…like i said it’s the fine details when spending that kind of money.

I have yet to need a roof done but I have used them for gutter cleaning, chimney repairs and ceiling repairs. They have always been professional, on time, efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Did a beautiful job. Cleaned up well. Had a small issue and they promptly took care of it. Competitively priced. Very courtiousl. I really couldnt be more pleased.
