Update — while I was there a couple of weeks ago, I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for(as I had a very specific item in mind) and the person working was helping another customer so I did not interrupt her receiving attentive service,(I would be quite irritated if someone did that to me) so I left to continue my search elsewhere. Ten days later I get the message below from the owner. I definitely appreciate that level of attention to service and that kind of follow-up. «Dear Christopher B: My name is Ann and my mom, Sheila, and I own Beads ‘N Things in Pittsford. I just received notice of your review of our bead shop on and wanted to say Thank You for taking the time to review our little bead shop in Pittsford. We work very very hard 7 days a week at our business and appreciate any feedback we receive. We are very sorry, however, that we didn’t earn at least 4 or 5 stars in the review but, to be very honest, we’re not sure what we could have done to earn a better rating from you. Were we unable to help you when you came to our shop? Were we out of stock of a specific item you were looking for? Please let us know so we can provide better service in the future. Sincerely, Ann»
