I have to agree with the previous review. The establishment had the worst customer service I have ever encountered in an independent business. I try so hard not to go to chains so as to support local business but there wasn’t much to support here. It started with a «designer» who didn’t know the product. It took multiple trips to Pittsfield to finally be able to make the purchase which we wanted to do in just one stop. Delivery problems, damaged sectional just as the previous poster experienced. Repair was timely but really, does anyone want a brand new piece of furniture that has to be repaired? Once I contacted management and shared all the problems with purchase from beginning to end I hardly got an apology or concern for me as a future customer. Rude for sure. I was very surprised. The showroom looks great with a lot of things I liked.

Never again with this company. I had problems with a couch I purchased. Paul Rich repaired the couch but it still had problems. They refused to do anything else with the couch — discourteous, rude, and clearly about profit not customers. Even though I am always prone to use local companies, never again with this one.
