The store has nice merchandise reasonably priced. When I arrived a large party was completing a sale with the sales clerk(only 1). I waited 10 minutes for the completion of the sale. I then asked to see one item and was told I could look at it while the clerk helped a local customer who had just arrived. After 10 more minutes, it was clear that unless you were making a big purchase or were a local customer, you weren’t a priority. I was very disappointed with their customer service.

This is one of my favorite places to shop in the Berkshires. Great prices and unique items including beautifully framed prints, gorgeous leather goods(vibrant leather totes for under $ 100!), and decorative items and jewelry you won’t find elsewhere. And the family that runs it is charming and helpful.

I had a lovely experience shopping here last weekend. I wandered in for a quick look and wound up finding numerous great holiday presents for family and friends. The owners were present, friendly and extremely helpful with absolutely no pressure. I got the idea that they truly like customers! Not always the case these days. In addition to what I bought(they helped me walk my purchases to the car) I had something ordered that came very quickly and expertly wrapped. I would not be motivated to write a review unless the experience was«above and beyond». This certainly was!

I am really satisfied of my experience at Museum Facsimile Outlet. I had a print that need to be framed. I walked in with it, and shortly enough I had different options of matting and framing. The gentlemen who served me was really nice and full of attentions and suggestions. While I was waiting for the total, I looked around and I was amazed by the nice custom prints, poster and cards they made. I ended up buying also two letterpress handmade cards, and I can’t wait to go back to pickup my framed print to look at their holidays section!

I ordered two standard sized frames from this vendor on 1÷11÷14. The website indicated my frames would usually be sent the next business day. On 1÷22÷14, When I didn’t hear word from the vendor, I e-mailed regarding the status. Laurie indicated she had to order the mouldings from California and expected to receive them the following Monday and also that she had had a family medical issue which delayed her getting to my order. I did not order custom frames and because the website indicated the frames should be sent the next business day, I thought the frames were in inventory. Fast forward to today, February 1, 2014, and I still have not received my frames. And I have not heard from the vendor. I e-mailed to ask the status and Laurie told they had shipped but she would cancel my order before my frames arrived to me so I wouldn’t have any more problems. But I wanted the frames. That’s why I waited patiently. If I had wanted my order cancelled, I would have asked for it to be cancelled. In the end, Laurie was not able to cancel my FEDEX shipment and I received the frames late today. Sadly, they did not look like the website photo and so I was disappointed. After Laurie’s response, I do not feel like I can return them. She seemed to want to punish me(by attempting to cancel my shipment without my consent) for asking what the status of my order was and expressing concern over the long wait and lack of word from her.
