Good food, fast delivery, paninis are delicious. The turkey terrific one was really good. The gelato as well as the canollis are also good. Zero complaints

Not only was the phone attendant unprofessional, but we waited over an hour and a half for the delivery to bring us our salads!
We were staying at a hotel less than 10 minutes away and had it not been 5 degrees out and without a vehicle we would have gone to pick it up ourselves.
The food was not great and very cheap on the chicken portioning in our salads. If there were 2oz I would be very surprised!
Very disappointed with the time it took. Should have just ordered room service had we known salads would take over an hour.
I gave them two stars solely because the delivery guy was very nice and apologetic.

Food is delicious, service needs A LOT of improvement.
I usually opt for ordering online, sometimes their website works up till the checkout page, then it’ll give me an error and say to call the restaurant. Last time I did that the person on the phone had me repeat what my card number was and what it is I wanted to order several times and he just kept saying, «oh, sorry, what did you want again?» It was kind of annoying. It’s like he wasn’t even paying attention.
Delivery ALWAYS takes over an hour. I’ve ordered from here many times and not once has it arrived in the 40 minute window they quote me over the phone or online. I can understand if it’s a few minutes late but to be over 20 minutes late literally everytime is not acceptable, especially when I live about 5 minutes away.
I absolutely love their bbq chicken pizza, pepperoni pizza and buffalo chicken paninis (minus the onions). I’ve had their buffalo chicken pizza before and was not pleased with it, it definitely needed more chicken and buffalo sauce. Their canolis are to die for. I have to get one everytime I order or else i’ll regret it afterwards.
It should also be noted that they need to update the menu on their website — it does not include their sandwhiches, paninis, crepes, etc. Hopefully they will update it soon to reflect their wide variety of deliciousness. That being said if you want any of those things you’ll need to call them to order instead of ordering online.

Tomato tomato, this place needs to understand the difference between offering specialty pizza with unique, local ingredients and overpriced pepperoni pizza covered in spinach.

Pizza is really really good love the sauce the cheese and the gelato is great. Favorite place always get a great slice of pizza at this place.

Great food, so-​so delivery service. We were staying at a hotel in town and ordered pizza, wings and a couple of salads. The food was terrific. Pizza reminiscent of authentic Sicilian pizza (in recent memory)…hand cut fries were great, and the salad was fresh and yummy! Unfortunately, the order wasn’t quite correct (we ordered 20 wings and got 10… fortunately, we were charged for the number we actually got) and we were given neither utensils nor napkins. They got the hard stuff right (the food) and botched the easy part (bring utensils and napkins when you deliver to a hotel). Small improvements to the delivery service would make a huge overall improvement and I’d give them 5 stars.

This is a great little shop, I love their wings on Mondays at half price, and the fresh baked bread makes a good Panini. Pickup food, not a problem, however, getting food delivered to my office I always encounter an incredibly rude delivery driver. She is curt, has no manners, and is completely unhelpful on the phone when I call to place an order. I intentionally use the online system to avoid even dealing with her. I wonder why a company would install an online point of sale system that informs customers about preparing and delivery times, would have one of the best take out pizza shop products in town, then deal with this rude woman. Sidebar, I am a delivery driver at night, and my company would fire me on the spot if I treated customers the way she has spoken to me.

Very fast service. The hand-​cut fries were delicious. Crispy but not burnt and natural tasting.
We have a large cheese pizza and added pepperoni, black olives, and red peppers. The crust and sauce on the pie were tasty. The red peppers were fresh and added good flavor.
Would definitely recommend if you’re in town.

The wings are really good. Decent sized pieces. Dipping sauce was very tasty.
The pizza was a different style than your average pizza. The sauce was chunky and filled with tomatoes. Very fresh tasting.
The toppings were generous enough. The sausage was thin sliced, but tasty. I had mine with spinach. Overall very tasty.
Slightly pricey though. Gelato was very good too.

A roomy place and a nice atmosphere. The savory crêpe I tried was excellent. I need to go back and try the dessert crepes, which looked and smelled delicious.

Some of the best pizza around, and great gelato, which they will hand pack into pints to carry out. Our family orders a variety of toppings, and we’ve loved them all! Don’t miss their other location in WIlliamstown as well.

I am not generally a pizza eater because so much pizza is heavy and full of crap but this pizza was great– fresh, healthy, light on the cheese and thinner crispy crust.. . You get to choose from three base sauces — a fresh made chunky tomato (excellent), a pesto (excellent) or a kids smooth red sauce (didn’t try). We had our pesto pizza with caramelized onions and broccoli (delicious) and the chunky tomato base pizza with artichoke, olives and spinach. Prices were reasonable and delivery time was 45 mins as quoted which was fine. We will definitely order from these guys again!
