I was in Lenox with my wife to visit Canyon Ranch when our car battery stopped starting, although it would run if it started. We managed to get the car started without a jump, but clearly either the alternator or the battery needed to be replaced. We asked for recommendations; Wal-Mart seemed to be the consensus choice. As I was driving on Route 7 to Pittsfield I saw Haddad Hyundai and pulled in. I left the car running in the lot as I went in to see if they could take me. They could — right away. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. After about 20 minutes, they told me it was the battery, and that they’d install a new one for $ 129 installed — lower than the price on their price list. I confirmed that it was a new OEM battery. Less than a half hour later the work was done and I was out the door — with no hassle, and with a sense of assurance that the job was done well. Haddad’s service team was excellent and seemed extremely trustworthy. They were great to me even though I’d never been there before and likely never would again. In my experience, they are highly recommended.

Terrible service department. We purchased a vehicle in September and have had the same issues. When I went to deal with the issue initially I told them what needed to be fixed and all they did with it was reset the Obd system and say the problem was fixed… it wasn’t and it took two hours for them to do that. It took 3 days to get a call back to address the issue. The only positive was the service tech admitted that there is no excuse for not getting back to me.
