I am on a mission to find a particular bottle of wine and remembered that I found it at this particular location the last time it was purchased. At first, I tried looking for it myself but came up empty so I decided to ask for help before giving up. Jim, the store clerk immediately came to the rescue by searching the store inventory and was able to determine his available stock and led me back to the area where we found one lone bottle. Still determined to help me in my quest, he headed into the back room to see if he had any luck finding a few more bottles. He came back empty handed and apologized that he couldn’t find any more stock and offered to contact another store. He made a few calls and found some inventory at another nearby location. I am sincerely grateful with the service he was able to provide considering the store was busy with holiday shoppers.
