As I said in my previous review, I wanted to work up to the Fusion Fit classes so that the class times would work better for my schedule. And now I’m there! The classes are definitely challenging for me but it keeps me motivated since the workouts are constantly changing.
Instructors are fantastic and friendly and so are the people who go. While I may not be in my pre-​pregnancy jeans yet, I’m definitely on the path to get there thanks to Umberger Performance!
