Well when I first went there I was skeptical because of the reviews I read online. I ended up getting there and receiving great customer service. Everything was great and then about two days later and my phone started malfunctioning. It takes forever to take photos, freezes, and I can never pull up the fast apps (not sure what they’re called. But has the easy access to wifi button, flashlight, and other stuff) I also have a rough time typing on my keyboard. It takes a while for me to get the emoji keyboard up. I dropped my phone now with a case on it and my front screen is cracked once again so now my 90 warranty is not good due to damage. I don’t recommend this location. I also have a cousin who got her iPod fixed there and the headphone jack became messed up upon return of getting it fixed. Therefore, 5⁄5 stars for customer service. 1⁄5 stars for actually doing the actual job right

I cracked my iPhone screen. They had the best price of anybody that I found. Plus the discount coupon is really an added bonus. I went in, gave them my phone, and it was ready to go in an hour. Fast and friendly service. I definitely recommend taking your gadgets there for repairs.

I shattered my screen and I wanted to take it somewhere other than the apple store and I stumbled upon uBreakiFix. They were quick, did a good job, and pleasant. A great perk was the coupon through Unilocal that I used and saved $ 20.
I have recommended uBreakiFix to my friends– I trust that they will do a great job!

OK, this is going to come off sounding way fanboy, but — THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB! Took my phone in for repair. I had two things wrong: a broken USB port that wouldn’t charge, and a display that I broke while trying to fix the port. I had a replacement port.
They were «real busy today», so it took them — get this — THREE WHOLE HOURS to fix my phone entirely. That’s a «long time» to them. They try for same-​day service on everything, and (obviously) have a lot of parts in stock, ready to go.
My cellphone carrier’s main Pittsburgh office can’t get my phone fixed within two days, much less three hours.
And, since I had been online, I knew how much the display cost. Their charges on top of the part cost was very reasonable.
Very friendly people, too.
They’re also known as Cell Phone Repair (CPR) in some ads.

Everyone was very helpful and polite, Unilocal offered a good voucher ($ 30 for $ 50) deal, the storefront was very clean and orderly, and the service was quick and comes with a warranty. Highly recommended!
