A good university store with all of the Pitt apparel that you can imagine. As a graduate student and as one coming from a small liberal arts school, I’m not an incredibly spirited student. However, it is nice to be able to have some Pitt sweatpants as well as a T-​shirt or two. While this store is generally significantly overpriced, they run some very good deals on older shirt and clothes designs. I’ve gotten a couple of Pitt shirts for $ 5 each before. Definitely worth a stop in if you’re a student or an alumni member.

***The Book Center is the University of Pittsburgh’s bookstore and the selection of school apparel seemed small compared to other big colleges like USC and Stanford; while The Book Center had a great selection of pens, pencils, stationary, etc. for students, a lot of their school apparel looked like stuff you could easily find elsewhere; service was good***
There is paid street parking near The Book Center; there are also a few spaces right next to The Book Center (I believe these spaces are also metered spaces).
