Do not use total crook, will screw you over

I purchased a groupon for this company in order to do some light painting and remove some satellite dishes from my home. First, it took a solid week of calling before I got an answer or returned call. Second, when I finally got a hold of someone I had to wait weeks for an appointment due to it being «the busy season». I don’t understand why winter is the busy season but yeah… sure. Third, when the handymen showed up they had the wrong equipment so they were unable to remove the satellite dishes (nevermind I had previously told them what the jobs specifically were). I was instructed to call back and reschedule another appointment so they could come back with the right ladder. I did… I called for weeks! After 4 months of waiting I finally had my girlfriend call from her phone and pretend to be somebody else and FINALLY a call back! Eventually I got an email from Steve at the company telling me to contact Groupon for a refund. Excuse me? You don’t want to do the services you state you provide on your website and groupon?
If you need a handyman use Mr Handyman. Company is much more professional, answers your calls each and every single time, and actually shows up with the right equipment. Also, no attitude.
