As an avid coffee drinker I really needed it today — I’m not sure if there is a way to un-​check-​in, but the line was so long and so slow I had to leave because I would be late for a meeting. There were at least 15 people in line and I only saw three people working.

My local Starbucks! Can’t go wrong. It can get pretty busy on the weekend, so prepare for a wait in the mornings.
Everyone is very happy and great customer service! Just the way a Starbucks should be :)

I went to this location 20 minutes before close. Worst customer service ever! Were pissed off I showed up an never said my drinks were done. This location is close to me but I think for now on I’ll go to another location.

No matter what time of day I visit this Starbucks, I always receive exceptional service from every employee. The customer service is on point as they are always extremely friendly and welcoming. My drinks are always correct, served with a small, and have a quick turn around. I feel this Starbucks is more welcoming than the other Starbucks in Monroeville, so we enjoy going to this one more!

I’ve ordered drinks at this Starbucks a couple times and have always had a good experience. I dropped by here Wednesday night and was really impressed. I was the only person in the shop, which sometimes results in laziness or chit-​chat among employees. However, all 3 employees worked together to fulfill my order and were very friendly, polite, efficient, and even funny. I’m impressed and will be back!

A quiet litle Starbucks compared to most of them. I have never had a wait of more two or three people in front of me, and that was at the busy before work time period. Otherwise it is a standard Starbucks!
