I have been going to this store for more than 15 years now and I used to absolutely love the service given by the stores associates. I used this store as a teenager, as a college student, a masters student, and while working in my career. It wasn’t until a couple of months ago that I started noticing some really shady and unresponsive characters working and operating the registers. In December, I had purchased a couple of items and didn’t notice until I was already out of the city that I was also charged $ 8 for something that I didn’t even purchase. I also used a credit card once there and noticed that the cashier was acting really suspicious with my card, looking at the back 3 digit security number etc. What completely turned me away from this store for good is when the store associate refused to give me a voucher for the automatic lottery machine. I had put $ 20 into the lottery machine on Saturday morning 01/​16/​2016 around 7:30 am. The machine was apparently out of paper so it refused to print out my tickets, give me a cash voucher, of my money back in anyway. The machine had informed me to let the cashier know about the issue so that I could collect my money. When I approached the 2 cashiers (young lady and an older gentleman) about the issue they told me that there was nothing that they could do about it and that I could either a, wait a couple of hours for «the boss» to arrive, or b, leave the gentleman my name and phone number so that «the boss» could give me a call when he does arrive. I was never even given an apology or their names, card, contact information, or anything else. I waited for «the boss» to contact me but he never did. If this is the way that this store does business and operates, I strongly suggest that they get investigated. I STRONGLY recommend that everyone stays away from this place unless you don’t mind being taken advantage of, disrespected, having your money stolen, and having your credit/​debit card numbers copied/​cloned. This place was a life saver more than once during my stay in Pittsburg. They are open ²⁴⁄₇ which is amazingly convinient. They staff was vey helpful and willing to engage in conversation about places to eat or where to buy booze.
Their prices were fair and they had a large selection. Late one night we stopped in to buy a snack and I really needed to use the bathroom. They didn’t have one but she told the employee of the upstairs business to let me use the bathroom. That was great.
I imagine I will be back before my trip is over.

Open ²⁴⁄₇! I am from a place where we have a ton of ²⁴⁄₇ stores… Not in Pittsburg, so this place deserves credit. Very clean, good selection, fair prices. Worth a stop if you need something.

55 cent surcharge to use a debit card –_​– … but they are 24 hours and convenient to point park univ. I came here alot whenever I was a student there and the dining hall had closed.

Excellent drink/​snack selection. They carry the $.99 Rip-​It, and many other rare or random drinks. No bike rack outside– usually just chain up to a trash can. Open ²⁴⁄₇!
