This place is awful. The wait times are always long. Scheduling is always a hassle. You cannot schedule on days off from school. The Dr. and his technical staff seem very competent. His one office staff member is loud and OBNOXIOUS. She is often found painting her nails, or worrying about what is for breakfast or lunch. During one visit my patient was seen by the doctor and absolutely nothing was explained to me. When my wife called for details she was chastised because I was there and must not be telling her anything. In reality this appointment was a mess because this staff member had spilled coffee on her Christmas sweater and was more worried about going to get a new one. When my wife relayed this information the response was «Oh my.» Guess you got caught. The waiting room is very nice and they offer «free» coffee and they have brace bucks as a reward program. My patient even got a «free» t shirt. There is no such thing as a free lunch, or t shirt or brace bucks program. It is simply a way to make them feel better about how much this process costs. I should also mention that there is a rolling display on the monitor in their waiting room. It is full of pictures of where Dr Brad and his staff spend all of the money you spent on orthodontic care. I know that you worked hard and earned your degrees and are good at what you do. I don’t need to be reminded of how rich you are and how my money spent on this treatment s affording you, your family and staff these vacations. I would also recommend that you take a look at this rolling marquee. It is often difficult to read because of poor color choices and more often than not it contains typos. While i believe the care was good, the whole package was unpleasant. Had I known when my patient was referred we would have avoided this place.

What a great place for braces! The staff is very kind and funny. Earn Brace Bucks by taking care of your teeth and those go towards various gift cards. Wear your fun t-​shirt and earn a brace buck. Very experienced and highly knowledgeable!

Long wait times and difficult to schedule appointments. I had to use sick leave at work because the office is only open 4 days a week and in different locations on different days of the week making it impossible to get an appoint when you need one. I had invisalign braces, which need to be changed every two weeks and they send you home with 3 new trays at a time. If you do not receive new trays every 6 weeks, the treatment time is extended. Every time I went to schedule a new appointment, they would schedule it 7 – 8 weeks out, because they did not have appointment times in the 6 week time frame that I needed. Therefore, this office added months to my treatment time. When the trays were done, my teeth still did not look good and he basically told me he was not going to attempt to make any additional corrections because he could not retain the results. Waste of money.
