Similar experience to the other review. Wanted to like the company, ordered the groupon and stopped by storefront to find it closed. Eventually after I contacted groupon customer service I recieved an email from the owner Steve and he was very nice but told me there was an 8 day backorder on my order. I agreed to wait the 8 days. Scheduled a pick up for today, and arrived outside the storefront this morning at our scheduled pick up time, to find it closed. I live in the neighborhood and have stopped by a few times since my order to discuss with the company and every time I stopped, it has been closed. The owner emailed me 9 minutes before my scheduled pick up and asked to reschedule the order, asking me if I was available later in the day. The order had been scheduled for 9 days and after visiting the site and getting an email 9 minutes in advance I declined but never received confirmation from the owner. I have grown a bit tired of waiting on this order, but would like to try it. Further, as the previous reviewer has mentioned the storefront is questionable, there is a trashbag covering one of the doors and the doors are locked. It seems like if you are willing to be flexible and pay the $ 10 delivery fee the product will eventually be delivered.

I really wanted to like this juice company. Ordered a groupon and followed the instructions. Called and left a message. Took about a day or so to get a response. Steve was really nice and emailed asking which flavors I wanted to order. He sent an email and I ordered through email. The pick up location however, was a run-​down location. Literally — inside it’s dusty and looked like it used to be an old liquor store or something. It definitely starts making you wonder how clean/​sanitary the juices are made in this location. I got my juice but there was a misunderstanding on the groupon. I paid for a 3-​day cleanse but only got 1 day cleanse. Steve tried to make a delivery but something came up and wasn’t able to. So I just cancelled the order and contacted groupon for a refund.
In terms of the juice I did receive — it was really delicious. But the business model needs work.
