We had our HVAC installed by Restano in 2008; all new ducts and appliances. Restano has serviced the system since then. When we’ve had an issue with the system, Restano was thorough in making sure we got the most out of our warranty, and then some. The company does regular servicing for an annual fee that is reasonable. As with any contractor, you need to ask questions about the work. But, overall, the workers and the work have been great.

I felt strong armed into paying for the work they did, they never asked me specifically if I wanted to pay $ 1500 for a motor which I saw online for $ 1000. They just put it in and told me I had to pay, when I called the service manager to complain they took a message and I never heard back. The technician stayed in my house for 30 minutes, and I feel like I paid $ 500 for that half an hour. They fixed the furnace and all, I just felt like I got ripped off in the end.
