Renew Carpet Care

If I could, I would give Renew 0 stars. At the recommendation of Reitz Carpet Cleaning, I called this company and scheduled a cleaning for 4 working days after the date of my call. I was asked if it was okay for them to come at 5:30 PM. When I asked the reason for the late time of day, I was told by Stephanie that this individual works another job. This wasn’t my idea of an ideal time but said okay thinking this person was industrious to be working two jobs. Silly me. I guess he works two jobs when he feels like. I planned my day and my dinner around this appointment and no one ever showed up. After waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time, I even tried to call their number which I’m sure is a cell phone and got no answer. I’ve never heard from them again. If you need cleaning services, do yourself a favor and call someone other than Renew!
