I seriously just got my hair ruined by these people. I called ahead to let them know that my hair was previously purple but I got most of it out until it was a dull blue and blonde. The lady said she could use a color remover to get the color out then bleach it and color it a shade of blonde. I went in and the lady used a 40 volume developer on my hair and bleached it to death. While my scalp was itchy she kept saying ‘suck it up’. My hair turned out bright yellow and green. The lady said she would not charge us but then the manager came out and told us she was charging us full price anyway. The manager was rude to my mom and told her they did nothing wrong. I am so upset and frustrated with what just happened and they will definitely never get my money ever again. My hair is ruined and I have to spend more money to fix this mess myself.

I read the negative reviews, but decided to try this salon because it was convenient. Something has clearly changed for the better. I had my hair colored with highlights and also cut. The stylist took time to understand what I wanted and discussed options. She was professional and friendly and clearly knew what she was doing in both cutting and coloring my hair. I loved my cut and color and it has been as easy to take care of as she promised it would be. I met the manager before I left and she seemed truly interested in my experience at the salon. I definitely will go back.

Thought I’d try this salon and loved it! The staff was friendly and helpful, very professional. I got a full head of hi lights plus my base color and a cut and my hair looks amazing! My stylist was very knowledgeable and her recommendations were great! I love my new look! I definitely recommend this salon!

This place is a nightmare! This place is like the McDonald’s of hair salons. I have been trying salons to try to find the perfect one to be a regular at. I tried this place once to get my hilites redone and the lady (who got fired) completely messed them up. I called corporate and I came in and the manager re did them for me for free. They looked great. So I thought this would be my perfect salon. I came back in to get my bangs cut and they looked horrendous after. I decided to give them one more shot. I came in to get my hilites redone and red underneath my hair. I got charged $ 102 for a fill of hilites and the red (it is usually $ 50 – 60 anywhere else, even high end places). Let me tell you it was the most horrible looking hair color I have ever had. My roots came back in within days and the red faded into a rusty copper color. I also heard the manager on the phone a couple of times with people and she was awfully rude and literally laughed at them and came back saying «let them call corporate haha». Very unprofessional environment. Please avoid this place at all costs. Save your money and go to someone better. If you are looking for a new salon, don’t bother trying this place, go elsewhere!

This is by far the worst salon ever. I kept going back thinking — I must have just gotten someone bad as a fluke, I mean they charge so much they must be good, right?!
WRONG! Over the years of returning I have had about 5 color jobs I was disappointed with and 1 that made me cry. I asked for a carmel color hair and received black. She then told me there was nothing she could do and that it would fade. I told her I would like it fixed because I asked for caramel and this was certainly not caramel. She continued to insult me, and actually laughed at me, and brought over some co-​workers to laugh with her about how ridiculous it was. Then she had me sign a waver saying it wasn’t her fault if something happened to my hair because I was being unreasonable. I just couldn’t believe what was happening.
Yes, mistakes happen in hair. And I understand that. I wasn’t mad that it needed to be fixed, I just wanted it to be the color I asked for. The only part that was offensive is the way they handled the whole situation.
I will never go back. I’m not one to cry over hair, it’s been every color under the sun. It’s the way they belittled me. :(

ive only gotten my eyebrows waxed here. and the couple girls who did my brows were always super friendly and chatty and made it pretty much painless (at least to me) plus its pretty reasonable 15 $ for a wax. im only giving it 3 stars because the ladies at the front desk arent very friendly. i mean wouldnt you want your receptionist to be friendly to your customers that walkin and call??? also ive walked in a few times to purchase products/​nail polishes and the staff gave me dirty looks for doing this. no joke. so now if i really want something i just pick it up when i get my brows done. all in all a good place for a brow wax. interested in hearing any reviews about hair services if anyone wants to share!
