Preferred Primary Care Physicians

The lady who runs the front is a vile and miserable person. She always gives you an attitude. I love the doctors there especially Dr. Rozen. But I absolutely can not stand the woman upfront. She is rude disrespectful and needs to lose her job. I hate dealing with her to a point that I am now looking for a new doctor that specializes in headaches because of this woman.

WWORST receptionist ever. It pains me to ever schedule my appointments. If she lost he jobs, I would probably think about going there more often or referring more people.

From the initial phone call to schedule to my visit– it was horrible. I had high hopes as I was referred to by a friend. The medical assistant (don’t know her name– she never told me, even when I asked– she ignored me), was very very rude. I answered the required medical questions and she contradicted everything that I said and stated «oh, you must be spelling it wrong». Ummm no– i’ve worked in the medical field over 16 years as a nurse… i know a little bit more than she does.
The doctor ordered a bunch of unnecessary testing that we never even discussed. I had a persistent cough. When I told him about the antibiotic regimen that I had been on for the last two months, he then prescribed the exact thing again. Stated on my discharge papers that we had a «weight loss plan discussed, patient will follow up with results in two weeks», NEVER once was this discussed. I then realized what the tests were ordered for… when I walked to check out– the testing facility was right around the corner. I am assuming kick backs are what drives the testing orders. The woman that scheduled me on the phone, was the person that checked me out (Beverly). I have never encountered someone so rude– she was ignorant on the phone & when I was checking out. she was curt and offensive. That was the icing on the cake for me & I will NEVER return to that office or refer anyone. The best part is… it’s down the street from where I live. Even convenience will not help in this situation. I will continue to use my now out of network provider
