Fast and friendly garage door spring repair. Made it out to my house less than 3 hours after my initial call; repair was complete within the hour. Gave 3 pricing options and did a couple of minor repairs at no additional charge. Highly recommend.

Precision came and spent about 15 minutes diagnosing the problem with my garage door. After that, the tech said there was nothing that could be done and I’d have to pay $ 660 for a new system.
Being skeptical, I called a local company (Dilts), who came out, found damaged wiring in under 10 minutes, and only charged me for a service call. The opener now works fine.
Not cool Precision, you should be ashamed for engaging in unethical business practices.

Wonderful company with EXCELLENT customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new garage door opener. Same day service with friendly & experienced technicians. They even call when they are en route to your house to let you know what time they’ll be arriving. Very pleased & would absolutely do business with them again.
