I was unsatisfied with my service but instead of fixing the problem the owners of Naturally Clean thought is was a better choice to argue with me in a defensive manner. Months later I thought I’d give them another shot but they said the following: «because of what has happened in the past, I don’t see how we can possibly be of any help to you.» This is a very Richard Nixon like sentence, isn’t it? There’s no subject making the «has happened» occur. If this were my company and someone hired my people to vacuum up dog hair from wood floors and a client complained that this had not been done satisfactorily, I’d simply send someone out to re-do the floors. Instead what Naturally Clean did was launch a war in rhetorics. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere when looking for housekeeping services.

The ladies of Naturally Clean are wonderful! We had our home cleaned monthly and always looked forward to the feeling of a fresh and clean home upon their departure. The products they use smell great and I can rest easy knowing they are safe for my daughter and pets! I’d happily recommend their service to anyone. The only reason for less than five stars is the fact there was some inconsistency in the date/time of the cleaning each month. We were able to be flexible and it only caused issue a time or two with my husband’s job, as he works from home. Other than that small draw back, we were thoroughly impressed with the cleaning service.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews for anything but felt compelled to do so in this instance. I have lived all over the United States and employed cleaning services due to my demanding work schedule. Upon moving to Pittsburgh, I found Naturally Clean. Initially, they were okay (although the cleaning was not nearly as detailed as I was lead to believe). In the past several months, the service has really suffered. More importantly, I never have the same crew which I expressed was important to me to have consistency. According to one talkative employee, the turn over rate is tremendous! It was also shared with me that NO background checks are performed on the employees which I find very alarming!
Price wise, they are very reasonable but I would rather pay a little more to get better results.

These folks are fantastic! We have been using them for bi-weekly cleaning since last November and I highly recommend them because:
1) Their products smell AMAZING, contain no harmful chemicals, and are made by them. It is such a great treat to come home to a squeaky clean house and not smell anything but essential oils (instead of 409).
2) They are pet-friendly, and had no problem cleaning my house even when my fur baby might bark when they enter. I came home early one day while the cleaners were there, and they were treating my dog like a little prince.
3) Excellent customer service. They are communicative, friendly and prompt.
4) Their prices are on-par with similar companies who use conventional cleaners and aren’t as nice. I would much rather hire a local business who is concerned with health, the environment and who offer a great product.
I have already recommended them to a friend, who is also very happy.

I’m so happy I found this company. We just had our first cleaning yesterday and signed on for monthly service. The thing that stands out, beyond a great cleaning, is the friendliness of the staff. My husband met the owner and an associate for a quote and was really happy with their attentiveness. I met the other owner for the actual cleaning, and I was happy to invite them into my home. It also feels great to know that the products they’re using are safe and natural. Highly recommend!
