My fridge at work leaks. I had another company service it in September. It starting leaking again in November so I called the same guy back. He kept making excuses and never came to fix my fridge. I decided to find another company and found Mr. Appliance. I explained the situation to them and they refuse to come look at my fridge considering I had it serviced by another person in the past. That is horrible business practice. Don’t they want to make money? Does it really matter that someone else fixed the fridge in the past. Don’t waste your time with this company.

TERRIBLE experience. Answering service took an appointment for me which could not be honored after the fact. When addressed, office personnel was extremely rude and ignorant to both my wife and myself, at one point screaming over the phone at me. When I asked the franchise owner to call me regarding this awful and offensive customer service, he emailed me stating I was at fault, and was in no way apologetic or sympathetic to me as a customer. This was the worst customer service I have EVER received with any business I have worked with and will in NOWAY ever use them again.

I can’t give a review about their quality or price or expertise because I never heard back from them! We needed to have a coil repaired on our stove so I called a little after they opened bc I was hoping someone could come asap since i use my stove on a daily basis. The woman that answered was so rude and hard to hear. It seemed as though she was miserable and didn’t want to be there. All she did was take my name and phone number then told me she’d leave a message and someone would call me back. I never heard anything from anyone.
