I was on my way to get there a few minutes before closing time at 8:00pm. I called to make sure I would be seen. The person who answered the call told me everyone will leave at 8:00pm. She specifically mentioned the doctor and the nurse will be out of the door at 8:00pm. This seemed fishy to me, as she did not answer my question directly. I ended up going to UPMC emergency. Knowing that the staff there world not be grumpy to treat a patient who shows up that may cause them not go home earlier than what they are expected to.

Did not have the same experience. Fast, friendly and no problems. They are fast, that’s why it’s called and Urgent Care. Doctor comes in, listens to what’s going on, prescribes you a med, you leave. If you’re looking to sit around and talk about the wife and kids, go to your PCP.

Do not go to this Urgent care. The staff on the front desk are very rude. Doctors don’t greet you when they see you and don’t even spend 5 minutes with you. It always feels like such a rush and, worse, they have misstreated me for the wrong sickness or treatment. Do not recommend. Best to go to UPMC urgent care or the emergency room.
