I bought my mattress here about two years ago and I love it. However, I recently moved to a new apartment and was unable to fit my queen sized box spring up the stairs and into the apartment. I shopped around for a split box spring and Mattress Firm had the best price.
I had a really great experience working with Roger to coordinate all of this. He even answered my call after business hours and looked up the availability of this box spring to pick up from the warehouse the following day. I’m so appreciative of his great customer service! I’ll definitely be back for any future needs.

We had a really great experience here. We were looking for a mattress and had a few places to go look. Our salesman, Dan, didn’t pressure us and let us know they would match any price we found and also give us a 10% discount. We did find a cheaper mattress at Macy’s and went back to mattress firm to have them match the price. While waiting, we looked online and found a much heaped price, which Dan matched for us. He went above and beyond and told another couple who was looking at the same mattress that we had found it for a lower price and he would give them the lower price too. With a Unilocal check in, we got a bed frame at no extra charge. On top of that, we donated cans of food and got free delivery!
