Louis Vuitton

Two words-​top quality. I could also say-​my favorite. (Insert smile here). Top quality equals top prices. LV lasts forever and holds it’s value. Vintage pieces are still worth a lot of money. While their pattern changes or they add different designs, their original logo/​design is my favorite. My dream would be to own a set of luggage. Of course what you would pay for the luggage could be the same amount for a very nice trip abroad. BUT you could hand it down for generations-​like a piece of family jewelry.
Their sales people are very nice. I went in looking for a cross body bag. They had a couple of different styles to choose from. No matter what you pick you will be happy with your purchase. Some might say it’s an investment.

This was my first time visiting a Louis Vuitton store ever, and it was an awesome experience! I expected the sales consultants to be snobbish however they were very helpful and kind. I told them exactly what I wanted and although it wasn’t an outrageously expensive item they helped me every step of the way as if it was. I have never bought anything from expensive designers such as Louis Vuitton or Burberry, however you bet I will continue to after being treated so nicely here. Don’t make an LV purchase without going here first!

Love the store, love the sales people. I’m always treated kindly and with respect. I get repairs done all the time, it does take some time but everything comes back beautiful!

I brought in my Louis Vuitton Tiaga Checkbook Wallet that I received as a gift a few years ago. I was hoping to have it hot stamped on the spot (as, ahem, Tumi does), but LV’s turnaround time is usually about a week. No big problem. Thankfully, they were gracious enough to ship it out to me for free since I was headed back to Boston and when they sent it back, they even were kind enough to include an extra dust bag for me to store it in when not in use.
Great service; professional team. Yes, it’s crazy expensive but the quality is discernible and well worth it, in my opinion.

This Louis Vuitton is the first stand alone store in Pittsburgh. It is in Ross Park mall near Nordstrom and Tiffany’s. They offer a great selection of belts, purses, luggage, sunglasses, jewelry, wallets and accessories. I wish they had shoes! Oh well. The salespeople are sometimes snobbish but, that is some of the salespeople at all Louis Vuitton stores I’ve been to. I have a few belts and wallets. Nice store though.
