Needed a quote to remodel my little bathroom.
So, Legacy comes in to give a quote. The rep DID NOT:
— measure a single thing in the bathroom
— take pictures
— give me a business card
— write down the breakdown of cost
— give me a brochure of his company
— show pictures of finished work from other sites
BUT some how managed to give me a quote for over $ 10K for the renovation! Whaaat?
What he did do was less than professional… he wrote down his contact info and quote on a crinkled piece of plain paper which he brought in… and he left in a hurry with that tape measure he never used :)
