I had a broken power button on my laptop. I called Dell and some other computer places around town who couldn’t help, and was referred to Kevin’s Computers. I brought it over, not feeling optimistic. He found a work-​around solution within a day that works perfectly for what I need and was VERY reasonably priced! It’s not a slick-​looking operation, which should tell you something – definitely not a genius-bar/I’m-going-to-sell-you-a-bunch-of-new-stuff-you-don’t-want-or-need kind of place. Awesome!

A couple days ago a power surge fried my partner’s laptop. I took it apart but it was beyond the scope of my powers (google) as it had an internal battery with lots of little wires and tape. She wasn’t sure what to do and decided to take it to Kevin. He promptly fixed it (within a few days) and explained to her what he did. Fortunately it was not an expensive fix ($ 60). He also told her not to leave her laptop on and plugged in at night (so I don’t have to.)

This is first and only place I go in Pittsburgh for any sort of technology issue. Kevin is honest and helpful. He fixes and repairs all sort of computers and I plan to work with him to purchase my next computer.
I have coming running here with a dead laptop and Kevin has me back and running in under an hour.
