Ice 9 Tattoo and Body Piercing Studio

Went to Ice 9 to bc my husband wanted a tattoo and I wanted my nipples pierced. My husband got a tattoo using his own hand writing and the artist Steve was great! He was very attentive and super nice. The tattoo turned out to be exactly what my husband wanted. He told me after «I’d let him tattoo me any day! Dude has a light hand! I didn’t hardly feel it at all!» So that’s always a plus!
I was extremely nervous about getting my nipples pierced not only bc I thought it would be painful but I imagined it would be uncomfortable as well (a man piercing a private area) I was wrong! Although it was painful… Tolerable but painful (DUH!) ZACK… Zack (the piercer) made me more than comfortable. He was super professional and knowledgeable of the human body! His medical background put me at ease and settled my nerves! I also bought some BEAUTIFUL high quality body jewelry (for other previous piercings) from him which he put in for free. I can not express how nice, CLEAN, professional, funny, or friendly these two guys are! I would recommend them to anyone!

I went to Zack after reading several reviews on here about his work. I must say I was not disappointed. I had a double rook piercing done in Texas that had been causing issues since day 1 it needed to come out nut hurt and was sore to the touch. Zack removed it for me and tried to be as gentle as possible as he knew it was killing me. He also took the time to explain after care to me in detail and recommend a different rook piercing once my ear heals up. He was a very knowledgeable artist and was very personable (which I find important in someone who is doing my work) I highly recommend Zack and will be going back in a few weeks once this ear is better!
Also, the shop is awesome. Good atmosphere and seemed like a great place to get ink done too. I may have to look into a new tattoo soon too. Thanks again!

Steve Justice fixed a piece on my elbow that I have hated for years. Fit me in the day after I came to him. Very fast work on a painful area and the piece is more gorgeous than I could have hoped for! Thank you so much!

Got a tattoo done here in May. After talking via email, settled on coming in and getting the job done. Sat for a few minutes cause it was busy for a Saturday at 6pm, then after 45 minutes of my tattoo being drawn out and finalized, I sat down and was ready for my hour long session.
After, when discussing price since I was quoted $ 80-​$ 100, i was told to pay $ 90 but I have $ 100 for the service and quality. $ 100 for 2 hours total and lifetime touch-​ups isn’t a bad deal at all.

Steve did my tattoo a month ago. It was my first one and I’m the type of person that asks questions (a lot!) lol and was a little unsure. But it turned out great! I love it. He was was very caring and funny. He made sure that I was okay during the process and he was funny! Only thing is they need an actual receptionist to take calls and answer peoples questions because he kept stopping whenever someone walked in to talk. Other than that, the place was very clean and organized! They are big about cleanliness… Oh and bring a jacket! The place gets pretty cold.

Ice 9 is not your average tattoo shop. It has a sort of futuristic, sci-​fi ambiance to it and the artists’ walls are covered in all kinds of beautiful paintings and illustrations.
When it comes to quality, this place is top notch. Mihailo, the owner (i believe) is one of the most experienced and talented artists in the city. One look at his work and you will understand that pretty quickly.
I have met people with dozens of tattoos on their body and asked them if Mihailo did any of their work. They said «yes» and I pointed to the most detailed, creative, and professional looking tattoo on their body and asked them if Mihailo was the artist behind it. They were shocked! «How did you know?» they asked. To which I responded, «I know… I just know»
