I lived in these apartments for a year and I could not wait to get out. When I first moved in, there were a lot of young professionals but by the time I left it was a legit nursing home. The pool and gym were nice but anytime I used either of the amenities I felt like I was being judged by the elderly population for being in their way. Throughout the course of my lease, the fire alarm constantly went off in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate. I paid for an outdoor monthly parking space. I would come home from work and other people would be parked in my spot or work vans would be blocking my car in when I was leaving for work. I constantly asked the staff to put up a sign saying that the spot had been rented but it never happened until I was moving out. One time a car was parked in my spot for an entire weekend and the response from staff was, «Just wait until they leave.» The staff knew that we moved out a couple weeks early and when we would come back during those couple weeks to finish up the moving process, they had let people park in our vacant spaces. So we had to find street parking on the busy street to finish moving our things even though we were still paying for our parking spots. The window in one of the bedrooms of my apartment was leaking and it created black mold. I submitted a maintenance request and they said, «We will come back in the spring to caulk it» and they never did. The apartment itself was alright. We had a nice view of the city but I could not get out of that place fast enough and I would never recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends.
