We had a pretty negative experience at Country Day because we didn’t fit the typical rich family stereotype. Some call it a hidden gem, but we think that there are quite a few discriminatory reasons why their classes aren’t always full(one class last year only had 4 – 5 kids…). While it’s true that the music teacher is fantastic and that there are a few other nice teachers, the overall feeling for us was too cookie-cutter and stuffy, even for a private school.
