Horrible customer service, Horrible claims system/department, Horrible International Service. I sent an envelope from USA to Philippines, They lost my package upon pickup in Henderson, NV on 6÷23÷15. I called 800 number and was told I could not file a claim for reimbursement until they traced the package again and again, Finally the confessed it was lost and allowed me to file online claim, which they promptly closed for no reason without informing me. I reopened the claim to get reimbursed my $ 66.21 for shipping and was sent a check dated 8÷3÷15 for $ 20. I paid $ 66.21 not $ 20.00, Nobody can explain this to me so I reopened claim yet again and filed complaint with BBB. Use DHL for international shipping, way better, reliable, and less expensive. I will never use FedEX again because the customer service and claims department is a nightmare.

I love when I find a large FedEx complex that has ample parking and is open late. It makes live so much easier. The only drawback is that it is somewhat difficult to find if you don’t know where it is and the GPS will take in the exact opposite direction on 32nd. There is much more good than bad, though.
