Update: the billing department contacted me to say they were re-​filing the eye exam to the vision insurance and they would refund $ 35 to me. The eyeglass RX was covered under my vision insurance but they charge $ 50 for contact lens RXs.

I needed to see a Doctor ASAP as I had either super glue (don’t ask) or contact cleaner in my eye. I couldn’t even see, it was getting worse and the pain was immeasurable. I had never been there before but work nearby and they squeezed in an appt for me in an hour or so. It turns out I had a chemical burn in my eye and was able to get another appt for followup with the Doctor the next day as well. Staff was really friendly. I don’t live nearby but will travel out there because of the service I received. thanks :)
