Emerald Gardens

So the places appear nice. They aren’t big really at all but I didn’t have much stuff. We didn’t mind living there because we never really needed anything. But, the moment we needed something I had to go to the office more than once and the paint still never came. They charge you a ridiculous amount in rent for very little and your security deposit is a joke. Regardless of the deposit we still had to match it to «cleaning» services. We spent two days cleaning the townhouse for nothing essentially. The experience was okay until we decided to move then it was an absolute nightmare and I am still paying them.
If you have a pet, I see the attraction to the place especially if you have a dog. Otherwise, I don’t recommend them.

The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. If you request a maintenance request, expect them to charge on in without knocking. It is overpriced for what it is. It looks nice but the cabinets fell apart, the hardware fell off, the floors chipped easy as well as the pain and there was a mold stain on our guest room floor within months. No one ever helped with our requests and then they kept our security deposit.
