Shoe cobblers are a lost art, but not here! Friendly, affordable and they do a fantastic job.
I have had many shoes repaired here and they always come back looking brand new.

Old skool shoe repair — done well, quickly, in expensively. Italian shoe repairer– was honest with me about my boots not being worth the cost of repair (sadly) but it did help me justify a new, handmade pair of boots. Great work on men’s and women’s shoes — don’t get rid of your old faves! Repair them!

You probably expected a happy review matching my 5 stars, but a happy review is difficult for me to provide because my office has moved to another part of town so it I can no longer quickly and easily drop items off as before. I would previously drop shoes and boots and know they would be quickly repaired to a high degree of quality and at a very fair price.
If, unlike me, find yourself conveniently located or just reasonably located near Crafton Shoe Service, I highly recommend them to you.

Fast, friendly, and quality are the three things you need to know about this place.
I walked in for the first time and did purchase the minimum required for credit card, but they let it slide since it was my first time. My shoes came back in great shape and they even made recommendations on what needed to be fixed vs. what could hold off for later. I highly recommend getting your shoes updated here!

This shop is out of my way, not close to my residence or work… And I’ll still make the trip to take my stuff here. They are fast, and when they ring me up I’m always pleasantly surprised how much of a bargain I’m getting for the quality of work they perform.
More than confident when I drop my stuff off and more than happy when I pick them up.

This place is an absolute gem. The two guys who work here always do a great job and their prices are more than fair.
I first found them about 6 – 8 months ago when I needed my golf shoes repaired (the sole had become mostly detached from the shoe). They fixed those shoes and since then I’ve brought them some other items to repair and shoes, boots, and bags from both my wife and me. They have a knack of bringing back shoes from the dead and making them more than presentable… and always for less money than I expect. I will continue to use their services as long as they are there.
Could not be more highly recommended!

Excellent service and always very helpful. They have fixed up a number of shoes for me and my purse. I wouldn’t take my high heels or boots anywhere else. They are THE best.
