I’ve been going to Dr. Costa for about 3 years now. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatment that she is recommending. She sees me shortly after I arrive, and her staff has always been very prompt in retuning calls. She has also been very honest and educational in explaining different treatment options and why she will not prescribe certain ones (adverse side effects outweigh benefits, bad for the environment, etc.). Be aware that she is busy so you must book about 1 month in advance.
