This is a review of Comcast’s automatic customer service line. Since coming to Pittsburgh and signing up for Comcast, we have had nothing but trouble navigating their automated customer service line. Our first issue arose when we tired to pay our bill. We were unable to login to the website and instead had to pay our bill by phone. When we tried to obtain our username and reset the password, at first the agent would not allow my husband to change it(since the bill is in my name). We gave up since we had been on the phone for over an hour at that point. Last night, when trying to pay our bill over the phone, we were on hold for over 20 mins. I hung up and tried again and was able to pay the bill quickly. This morning, we wanted to change our wifi name and password and again was routed all over the world and through a wormhole before I was allowed to finally talk to a customer service agent. I appreciate that Comcast wants to resolve issues automatically without sending me to an agent, that can work out for both parties… however, it has recently led to long phone calls, the inability to get an agent on the phone, and frustration while I have to listen for five minutes on how Comcast performed service on my cable line and it may interrupt service when I really just want to find out the router password and username. I am frustrated and fed up. I absolutely do not recommend their service. Not only because they have awful reviews and are oftentimes cited as having the worst customer service in the US, but also because their CEO is out of touch with what is going on and refuses to address their problems. I realize not everyone can avoid it, but I absolutely do not recommend Comcast.

Comcast is terrible! Horrible service representatives! No customer service at all! x1 Platform cable box is a bunch of bullshit! They up sell you this and then tell you the regular cable box(the one we wanted initially) works better! Also when waiting for them to trouble shoot our x1 platform cable box they asked me the following… «Do you care about the safety of your family? Would you like to up grade to a Comcast security system?» Umm– let’s talk about the fact that I’m pretty sure you cannot provide me with basic cable! So let me just put the safety of my family in your hands…(Rolls Eyes) NO! What a bunch of money grubbing greedy assholes!

Comcast representatives are LIARS! I am a NEWCUSTOMER ! They stated to me that I could have the Blast package for $ 55 and with prepaid visa card when I signed up. Instead they gave me the previous renter’s account and his package. DONOTUSECOMCAST. Go with verizon where they respect their customers and do not screwed up.

This is not a review for Comcast cable service which is being saved for another review. This is a review for their walk up service center where you can pay your cable bill, replace a bad cable box, remote control or change service. Great people work here, helpful and knowledgable. Best times are between 10am and 2pm, Saturday is usually very busy. Save a stamp if you’re in the area and stop in and pay in person.

Horrible customer service with a NEW client set up. Here’s my post from Facebook today. «Day number two on the phone with Comcast trying to get our NEW service set up. I am so please that our«open ticket«is gaining so much attention there at Comcast, As I the new customer have had to call 4 times to see about my service versus the company calling me. However the customer service in INDIA is so pleasant in letting me that they are«coming«sometime. GREAT job Comcast Center in gaining my customer loyality ! Stay tuned… we might have some answers next week ! « Up shot is I have a new install date…4 days later with no priority to being a new client. with times that did not work for me. Outstanding service Comcast… NOT !

problems problems problems — cannot access account because they have old email from california that no longer exsists in system, then they had my deceased dads name on account — spotty internet and overpriced, overcharges — — –they charged me to remove my dads name which they accidently left on —-idiots
