We brought our VW Jetta in for its inspection and 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance. From brakes to wipers and beyond, everything was taken care of within one day, at a very fair price. You can trust these guys to fix only what needs to be fixed, and to do it right.

Worst service ever. They kept my van for a week before even looking at it. Then called me 6 hours after we approved the repairs and told me we have to tow it somewhere else not because they can’t fix it but because they don’t want to. If considering them for more than an oil change be aware they only work 8 – 4 and no weekends. And if they have a staffing problem it is YOUR problem. They will not schedule a specific day or time and you will be told «for big jobs we put them in the back and work on them when we can.» Direct quote form Chuck the owner. Oh and the big job? Regular maintenance… A timing belt and a water pump. Even their technician said it was a one day job. Looking around the internet they say 3 hours.

Honest and trustworthy. Nice people to deal with. Very fair pricing and they offer coupons in newsletter and on website. They’ve provided me a ride home when I’ve needed one. They explain any repairs that are needed prior to completing work and always tell you when something may not be an immediate need. They do a lot of charitable work and donations, such as collecting used eye glasses and cell phones.
