I’m speaking to the store’s location, set-​up, and staff in this case. As I’ve already reviewed B&BW as a brand/​offering in a different location’s review.
I must say I was deeply impressed, for the most part every b&bw sticks to a similar floorplan and ambiance that makes it a recognizable brand. For their RPM location they embraced the mall’s rennaisance as a higher end mall and mimicked that feel in their store. While the layout and presentation was reminiscent of b&bw…the entire package did impress. The staff was attentive and corteus without feeling like a high pressure «please buy something» pitch.
One of the kind employee’s handed me a 20% coupon for my order since it was a rather large one, birthday gifts and all, so it was a very fruitful trip!
