Multiple problems over two visits: The first salesman did not appear to understand English(or perhaps he was trying to pressure me into buying a new phone even though I clearly stated three times that the phone was working fine). He ended up saying I just needed a new charged for my blue tooth(which was incorrect and necessitated another trip to the store). The second salesman, who was alone is the store, admitted he just started and didn’t even know how to do a return. He had to call someone to do so and that took 25 minutes — so much, again, for customer service. The store manager insisted that I had 7 days to return an item without a restocking fee(it had been 10), even though this was not stated anywhere on the receipt. The store manager was rude and condescending. NOTE: I learned that an ‘authorized retailer’ is not at all connected to AT&T, so the consumer has no recourse. Do yourself a favor and go to a REALAT&T store, just a couple miles ease of this one.
