I was getting help from one of the staff here – Paul, and the experience was so terrible. He messed up my plan twice and when I asked about information about my plan, he gave answers right away like he knows what he is talking about. But in fact the answers are wrong. He also enrolled me in the mobile insurance plan when I specifically said I don’t want to anything comes with the new phone. Horrible. If you come here for service, at least ask for someone else.
